Sales TracSM is an annual benchmarking
study (initiated in 1997) of CPG companies' sales costs, go-to-market
strategies and industry trends. The major areas benchmarked include:
Sales Revenue & Expenses, Promotion Strategy and Expenses, Staffing
and Structure, Incentive Compensation, Broker Management, Customer
and Retail Management, and Sales Operations. |

| Participants: |
Participants range in size from $50MM
to $8B and include HBC, GM and Grocery companies. All company data
is confidentially held by CMS. Client reports are broken out by
client response vs. total database, type company and multiple size
company. 35-45 companies per year participate. Special cuts of the
data are available. |

| Findings: |
Each client's report includes an executive
summary, trend data from our previous studies, plus actionable efficiency
and effectiveness charts and graphs. CMS provides in-depth analysis
upon request. |

| Pricing: |
SalesTracSM costs $7,500 with discounts
available for previous participants, share group members and for early
submission of survey data. |

| Survey: |
Clients complete a confidential survey
and return to CMS for input into our database. Our survey changes
each year and we welcome client input into survey questions. |
