The purpose of each group is to provide a forum for sharing with non-competitive peers a variety of Best Practice approaches to solving the challenges of today's marketplace. In addition to lively discussions during the twice a year share meetings, members gain a network of peers to contact throughout the year. CMS Consulting also provides ongoing e-benchmarking for members.

In over 10 years of share group experience, our members have told us that this simple formula adds value to our sessions:

• Voluntary member presentations
• Group dinners and recreation

CMS Consulting provides meeting management, meeting facilitation and guest speaker arrangements. In addition, we conduct focused benchmarking surveys for members within each group on key topics of interest.
